Hailey began her nursing career with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Johnston Community College, later earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2022. Her early experience in the fast-paced Emergency Department at Wilson Medical Center strengthened her clinical expertise and compassion for patient care.

Motivated by a passion for self-care, wellness, and confidence-building, Hailey transitioned into aesthetic medicine after several years working in trauma centers across the region.
